Boston Fetch has partnered with Scout, a software system and mobile app that allows pet parents to communicate with us, stay informed, and feel confident your pets are in good hands. We do this by using email alerts, GPS tracking, and online scheduling and payment tools.


Total Piece of Mind

From booking, to billing, to service completion, Scout keeps you in the know through fully-automated email and push notifications. Keeping everyone on the same page makes for happy customers and pets.


GPS Tracking

With GPS tracking you receive a detailed map of where your pet ventured for the day. This provides peace of mind for you and reinforces a culture of accountability for us.


Online Scheduling Tools

Whether you’re on the go or on the couch, Scout gives you the freedom to schedule appointments wherever and whenever it’s convenient. Services are easy to schedule, change or cancel through the app. You can view past and future scheduled dog walks and cat visits, as well as make requests outside of your normal schedule. Once a request is made for an additional walk, you will receive a confirmation email from Boston Fetch within 12 hours (but usually much faster!).


Easy Payments

With a few taps, you can enter your credit or debit card. Services are completed, credit/debit cards are charged and receipts are sent. You don’t have to lift a finger to pay.
